Ageless Grace for Kids?
A simple fun-to-do programme, the Ageless Grace for Kidz programme activates all five functions of the brain and helps with the development of 21 different functional body skills – balance, coordination, and multi-skilling.
Boost Grades, Improve Behaviour
The programme can be easily incorporated into any physical activity break, which assists in the improving of test scores and student behaviour.
- Make sure each student has plenty of space, and won’t bump into classmates or anything else in your room
- If students touch the floor during any exercises, make sure they wash their hands with soap and water or hand sanitiser when they’re done their exercise break
When taking a break, encourage activities that get the body moving and the heart pumping, such as dancing and running in place.
