Recently a study was conducted that revealed in order for people above the age of 50 to keep their mind active and sharp, they should do moderate exercises.

Both thinking and memory skills improved when people exercised, more specifically the heart and muscles, regularly, even in those people who showed signs of cognitive decline.

Physical activity and exercise have been known to reduce the occurrence of diseases such as type 2 diabetes and certain types of cancer. Because through exercise the brain receives a larger supply of blood, the oxygen and nutrients boost health and growth hormones. This improves the formation of new neurons and connections.

Anti-Aging Exercises

The anti-aging exercises fitness programme is simple, moderate and playful. It is based on the science of neuroplasticity exercise that uses all 5 areas of the brain and addresses all 21 aging factors of the body.

Neuroplasticity activates all 5 functions of the brain, which are:

  • Strategic Thinking
  • Memory and Recall
  • Analytical Thinking
  • Creativity and Imagination
  • Kinesthetic Learning

Our exercise programme is specifically practiced using a chair to work the entire core of the body. The easy-to-do exercise programme is suitable and beneficial for all ages (and not only for over 50s!), and is beneficial for both males and females.
