Ageless Grace – A New Way To Exercise

An unconventional and innovative programme designed for all ages and abilities, the Ageless Grace form of exercise is based on the science of neuroplasticity – the ability of the brain and nervous system to change structurally and functionally.

The easy and fun to do programme, makes use of the 21 exercise tools, which prompt organic movements that address the aging factors of the body and brain. The programme works by re-opening neural pathways that were created from the time we are born until approximately the age of 21. The tools re-open the pathways and, equally importantly, create new ones by encouraging the practice of functional movement we do not already know how to do.

The seated exercise programme requires each participant to be barefoot and is performed to up-tempoed music which assists with stimulating the brain.
